Tire Project for an Enterprise in Zhejiang

This project realizes fully automated conveying of green tires covering automated logistics in the building workshop, green tire AS/RS storage, and automated logistics in the curing workshop.

It enables automated material handling for each process, real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, and tracking of production and distribution across all working procedures. During green tire receiving, tires of the same specification are stored in consolidated batches. For green tire retrieval, operations follow the principle of inbound/outbound scheduling based on production plans, with strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) enforcement for tires of identical specifications.

A strict pairing rule applies to green tire inbound, outbound and conveyance: two pallets carrying green tires of the same specification are paired and linked together. Single-pallet inbound service is also supported.
