Polysilicon AS/RS Project in the Middle East

Annual operating time ≥ 8000 hours (continuous operation); Installation location: indoor.

Inbound & outbound efficiency: 60 pallets inbound within half-an-hour (counted as pallets stably placed onto racks);

30 stacks consolidated within half-an-hour (corresponding to 60 pallets to be outbound within half-an-hour).

The inbound-outbound efficiency shall reach 30 seconds per pallet. The outbound efficiency assessment is based on the quantity after stack consolidation.

The system shall be capable of simultaneous inbound and outbound operations, i.e. normal inbound operations can be performed while goods are being retrieved.
